To apply over phone, a considerable fee has to be paid by credit/debit card. If you cannot carry out the procedure on phone, it is possible to fill the registration certificate form by paying a particular sum of money.

How long it takes to receive V5C?

A couple of days are taken to receive the replacement documents if it is applied over the phone. However, it takes a long period of approximately four weeks if it is applied by post. This duration sometimes gets stretched to five or six weeks as well.
